 Do you prescribe weight loss medication? |
We do not prescribe weight loss medications. When needed, we do encourage the monitoring of blood levels of certain hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, growth hormone, as well as thyroid functioning. If levels of any of these are out of the normal range then supplementation will likely improve your conditioning efforts and results.

 Couldn’t I get the same results working with a personal trainer? |
Working with a personal trainer is a great way to learn proper exercise techniques, avoid injury, and provide motivation. Personal training is just one of the multi-faceted specializations we utilize in a coordinated approach to weight loss and physical conditioning.

 Do you prescribe a particular type of diet? |
We do not prescribe a “diet” for everyone to follow. Research has shown that there is not oneparticular diet that is right for everyone. This is why there are so many different diets, and why it seems like they all work for some people but not others. Our approach tailors a nutritional plan designed with your particular goals, lifestyle, and health conditions in mind. While creating individualized nutritional programs, one at a time, with each program being different and specifically designed to meet the needs of one particular individual does take more time, the results are well worth it.

 What are the health risks of your program? |
Because we don’t use stimulants, special foods, or restriction diets, the only risks are those associated with physical activity. Any time we move our bodies there is a chance for injury. This is why we individually design each person's exercise program to meet their current physical condition and any orthopedic or cardiovascular limitations. The health benefits of our program outweigh any risks.

 Do you have data that shows your approach really works? |
Yes, and we are very proud of the accomplishments people have made. Some people have even allowed us to show their before and after photos. If you would like to see photos and actual data of people who have followed our principles, we would be delighted to share them. |
 While it may have worked for others, how do I know it will work for me? |
Since my inception I have kept detailed data on the results my clients achieve. To date, the current rate of success (defined by reaching goal weight) is 98%. I have a 100% success rate in losing weight, as everyone who comes to see me loses weight. However, there is a 2% chance that your goal weight may not be attained. So, I am pretty confident in predicting your success
with my program.

We have a number of unique factors that are the key variables for our client's success. Of first importance is the Physio-Graph. We would not want to try to lose weight without it - it is just that important. Secondly, by individually designing both your nutrition and exercise to fit your particular lifestyle we are able to create a program that is easy to incorporate and produces the specific results you desire. |
 What are the program’s requirements? |
Each person has a unique set of circumstances, and sometimes it is best not to begin an endeavor such as this until the time is right. We require a dedication to exercising a minimum of 3 days per week for 30 minutes, making changes to your eating behaviors, recording those changes, and really focusing on becoming the best you have ever been! |
